New Year’s 2013/2014 on Maui

Ring in the new 2013/2014 Year in style! Maui’s most popular bars and ‘clubs’ will be hosting NYE Parties, and Maui’s  organized Fireworks show will be held off shore from Wailea Beach; in front of the Grand Wailea Hotel (as well as Four Seasons, Fairmont Kealani and the Wailea Marriott).

If you want to get the best view of the Wailea fireworks show at mid-night you need to have a reservation somewhere in Wailea. The Hawaiian Luaus are a great way to go. Click here for Tickets to the Wailea Marriot’s Te Au Moana Luau. They are adding on a special New Years Eve Luau.  These Ocean front Luaus end at 8PM and you can play in Wailea until the Fireworks start.  The Grand Wailea’s Honua’ula Luau is almost sold out. Call our toll free 1888-841-9155 for tickets.

Staying up in Kaanapali, or want a Luau that offers Free kids? The Hyatt Regency’s Luau: Drums of the Pacific is doing 2 Luaus, the earlier Sunset Luau is the same price as normal ($95.00/A $61./Teens $49.00/ ages 6-12 with our discount), then they will offer a more expensive Luau that will go into the wee hours….

Enjoy a great cruise aboard the Alii Nui from Maalaea harbor to Wailea for fireworks and a late dinner https://www.mauivalue.com/ocean-activities/new-years-eve-cruises. For a less expensive option try the Pride of Maui’s New Years Eve Cruise. CAll 808-879-6260 for more information and tickets.

Mala at the Wailea Marriott has become famous in recent years for 1 of the best New Year’s Eve Parties on Maui! http://malawailea.com/   Mala is an ocean front restaurant owned my Chef Mark Elman & Shep Gordon; along with Alice Cooper, Clint Eastwood, Jim Wiatt and Don Nelson.  When Mala says this is where to go to see the “stars come out at night” they really mean it!

Mulligans on the Blue always has a fun New Years Eve party.

The Triangle has 12 Restaurants and 7 will stay open for a New Years Eve Party. Bar Hop without having to get into your car (or taxi; 808-298-1877 KiheTaxi.com). Each Bar has it’s own flavor, from the Irish Pub of Dog n Duck to Tiki’s which is Hip Hop (after 10PM) to the alternative.

There are several Fireworks cruises that will be departing Maalaea Harbor to watch the Fireworks from the Ocean. This is a lot of fun; I have done them many times, usually with Pride of Maui.  Dance floor for dancing, Drinks, appetizers Fireworks and that beautiful Maui night sky. Please call toll free to check on what’s available 1888-841-9155
