On Hawaii (the Big Island of Hawaii) we have the ACTIVE Volcano, so again a Helicopter tour would be the highlight of your stay, and a tour to Volcanoes National Park with a walk through the "Thurston Lava Tube" and have lunch at Volcano House while you are at it. Volcano House sits on the edge of the Volcano. Big Game Sprot Fishing is also really good in the deep waters off Kona.
