Trilogy Excursions is the oldest family-owned and operated activity and sailing business in Maui. They own a fleet of beautiful sailboats.  In addition to preserving the ancient art of sailing, they are also preserving the lost art of island hospitality.  After sunset, they give you a little star-gazing story time, which is very interesting.  They even provide a cozy blanket in the winter months when the air is a little chilly.

The dinner is wonderful!  Under the direction of Executive Chef Bailey, each course has been thoughtfully put together using fresh, local ingredients, creating a masterpiece for your taste buds.

The dinner sail departs from slip #62 at Ma’alaea Harbor on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Slip #62 is located on the break-wall (ocean) side of the harbor.
