After your welcome Mai Tai reception and Cultural demonstrations, each table will be served a Hawaiian Dinner Family Style. The dinner menu is quite extensive!

Meat lovers will appreciate the Imu-Baked Kalua Pig, Grilled Kalbi Short Ribs, Huli Huli Chicken, and marinated Mahi Mahi! While vegetarians and pescatarians will enjoy the many side dishes, including Garlic and Furikake Fried Rice, Molokai Sweet Potatoes w/ a Coconut sauce~my favorite, Stir Fry Vegetables, Macaroni Salad, Tossed Kula Green Salad, and everyone’s favorite…Poi! * Insiders Tip:  the Poi goes with the Kalua Pig.
