One of the crew will put out the Fishing lines on the way out to Molokini. They have an hour to troll for Mahi Mahi and other Sport Fish.
Weather permitting, they will show you the 'back side' of Molokini as they pull in their fishing lines. This is a real treat! This is Gary, otherwise known as Skittles!
Dave likes to dive down at Molokini (alot farther down then most of us can dive!)and look for old Bullets from World War ll.
Once at Turtle Town, a diver dives down looking for Octopus, this day he came back with this 'puffer type of star fish'
These photos were taken by Derek, Mahana Naia's underwater photographer. He even got me swimming with the Turtles!
Doesn't the water look inviting, and it is 73degrees. Love the views here at Turtle 'Ghetto'.
After 2 wonderful & completely different snorkel experiences (Molokiini & Turtle Ghetto), the crew sets out a really nice Deli Lunch. (if you look at a lot of our photos on this web site, you will notice this is 1 of the better deli-lunch spreads on the Molokini Snorkel boats!)
On the return trip back to Maui, it can get a bit windy and choppy, the Mahana Naia has a nice cabin downstairs that even has a comfy Couch. I hid down here for the last 10 minutes, just to check it out.
Nice Viewing Hatch
All in all a great morning, and were back by Noon.
