ArrowIf you are on Maui can you visit an outer island for the day?
Yes. The islands of Lanai and Molokai are very close. There is a ferry service to the Island of Lanai five times a day. Molokai also has a ferry once a day six days a week. You may also visit for a day or overnight to Oahu, Kauai or the island of Hawaii on a fly drive package.
ArrowIs the volcano at Haleakala active?
No. The volcano on Maui is dormant. However, on the Big island of Hawaii there is an active volcano, Kauilea. Ask us about the inter-island excursion where you can book a trip to fly over the volcano.
ArrowWhen is whale season in Hawaii?
The Humpback whales come in from Alaska in Late Dec and stay till May . Maui has the best whale sightings in the state.
ArrowCan you swim in the waterfalls on Maui?
Yes. The road to Hana on the east side of Maui is our rainforest. You may wish to book a tour to Hana for there is 617 turns and 54 one-lane bridges. They do stop for waterfall Swims.
ArrowCan we swim with dolphins?
There are lots of dolphins around Maui. The best ways to try and see them are kayaking or a rafting trip. This is their natural habitat, no one should say they guarantee a swim with Dolphins but hopefully you get lucky when you take a kayak or raft trip snorkeling.
ArrowIs the weather the same year round?
Yes. The weather in Maui is almost always in the 80’s during the day with nights ranging in the low 70’s. Our winter months are December, January, February and March. This is when you can expect some rain on parts of the island. We normally receive 5 to 10 inches a year.

Yes. Maui has so much to offer families. There are activities for every age on Maui.
ArrowDo you need a car on Maui?
Yes. There is not much Pubic Transportation on Maui. So we recommend you rent a car and cruise the island, its fun and easy to get around. We offer car/condo packages.

Medical services are available throughout the Island. Maui Memorial Medical Center, in Wailuku, is a state-of-the-art facility with 24-hour emergency service.
